About The Book | Story
"Cao Mien Tran Tuc" is a book layout project with the aim of exploiting cultural fields in Vietnam. And Soc Trang is the place that inspired this book, a land full of Nam Tong Buddhism, Soc Trang contains a cultural beauty characteristic of the Khmer Southern people. In old Vietnamese bibliographies, the noun Cao Mien (高棉) or Cao Man was used to refer to the Khmer and from there "Cao Mien Tran Tuc" was born.
"Cao Mien Tran Tuc" is a journey to learn about Soc Trang culture, each ethnic group has its own unique and unique cultural features. In the process of living and settling for a long time, there has been the intersection of cultures between the ethnic groups. This crossover has been around for over 300 years. That has created a very unique cultural identity of the people of Soc Trang province.

According to Sanskrit, Naga is a cobra, has a large head, is the lord of snakes. They are the largest snake, the most venomous, capable of killing twenty people or a large elephant.
In the legend of the Khmer, the Naga snake represents the supreme god Siva. This is the god in his hand of destruction and reborn.

/ Specialty in Soc Trang /

Pia cake originated from Chaozhou, was set up by the Chinese people in the South and the South West and gradually passed the craft to the Vietnamese, most famously in Soc Trang. Here, many bakeries were born nearly 100 years ago. To achieve a delicious cake, all baking must be done manually.
